Prices

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the web site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order and which will be displayed in the Help section of the web site.Product information is included on the site and if there is anything, which you do not understand, or if you want more information, please contact us

Availability

Only items, which are in stock, will be shown on our site. However, occasionally we may be unable to supply a particular item.

Non-faulty items

If there is no fault, please return the goods within 14 days of receipt. If the goods are returned undamaged in their original and undamaged packaging, we will exchange them or offer a refund based on your original payment method.

To return an item please remember to complete and enclose the returns slip which is sent out with every parcel and then either contact your courier by using the number on the label of the parcel to arrange free collection or contact us on 040 113 4543.

Please note that we cannot return non-faulty items to the manufacturer, so please return the goods in its original and undamaged packaging with all of their components as follows:

Computers - mouse, keyboard, monitor, software, processor, printer cartridge, power cables, speakers, software disks (unregistered) disk drives and instruction book. Printers - ink cartridges, software and instruction booklet. DVDs - remote controls, instruction booklet, scart leads and power cables. Hi-Fi - remote controls, instruction booklet and speakers. Mobile Phones - Sim card, battery, battery charger, handset, and instruction booklet. Due to the nature of this product once connected we can not accept returns unless the product is faulty.

You are required to take reasonable care of all of the components. If you do not return the goods in the original and undamaged packaging with all of their components, we will be unable to re-sell the items as new. You will liable for any loss in value caused by your failure to take care of all of the components, which may be up to 50% of the price of the order.

Please note that we are unable to accept back non-faulty items after 14 days of receipt.

Faulty items

A product is considered dead on arrival (DOA) if it shows symptoms of hardware failure, preventing basic operation, upon its first use out of the box. We check all products before we send them so this will be very unlikely. If you believe your product is DOA please call Online Electronics.com Technical support on 087040 113 4543 within 7 days of the delivery date. Upon confirmation of the product being DOA you will then be offered the following options :

1. Replacement A replacement product will be shipped to you on Online Electronics expense and details of how to return the DOA product will be provided. 2. Repair You may have the product repaired, however once serviced, the product is no longer eligible for replacement. 3. Refund A full refund will be given and details of how to return the product provided.

If the product is not deemed to be DOA, the manufacturers standard warranty will apply.

Every product carries a manufacturers warranty for a minimum of 12 months. Where a fault develops with the items more than 14 days after delivery we will arrange for the item to be repaired under the terms of the manufacturers warranty.

Where the manufacturer operates direct product support and warranty repair procedures, you must process the claim directly with the manufacturer, or the manufacturer’s third party agent, after being advised to do so by the Online Electronics Technical support team.

All returns for repair should be returned with proof of purchase. Failure to provide this proof may result in the repair becoming chargeable.

Repair turnaround time is dependant on the relevant manufacturer’s current workload. We will not accept any claims for losses due to a product’s downtime.

Service estimates for products not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty will be chargeable. An estimate will be e-mailed and a confirmation of acceptance is required within 10 days. Where such acceptance is not received, the product will be returned not repaired and a $30.00 service charge will be payable. The manufacturer may void the warranty and charge for the repair if in its opinion the fault has been caused by malicious or accidental damage or misuse.

All warranty repairs will be returned to the purchaser at the cost of Online Electronics.

Payment

You can pay by any American Express, Mastercard or Visa credit card using PayPal, Paymate or BidPay. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. You will not be charged for items until they are dispatched.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer SSL technology, for example, 3.0 version or higher of Explorer and versions 3.02 or higher of Netscape. This means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.
